Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Lamindy. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, our return and refund process is outlined below to ensure a smooth experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to request a return for any reason.

To be eligible for a full refund, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The product remains in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • You can provide the order number or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Personalized, custom-made, or modified products

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • USA & Canada: Returns are completely free. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to send your item back.

  • International Orders: Customers outside the USA and Canada are responsible for return shipping costs. You can either arrange your own shipping or request a label from us, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund amount.

4. Refund Timeline & Processing

Once your return package arrives at our facility, the total processing timeline takes roughly 14 to 30 days. This breakdown includes:

  • Transit Time: The days required for the carrier to deliver the package back to us.

  • Inspection (3–5 Days): Upon arrival, our team takes 3 to 5 business days to inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.

  • Bank Processing (2–3 Days): Once approved, a refund is issued to your original method of payment. It typically takes 2 to 3 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the credit to your account.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your orders, but exceptions can happen during transit.

  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you must report it to our team within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at hello@lamindy.com and include clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging.

  • Missing or Stalled Packages: If your tracking status stalls or the carrier marks the package as delivered but you haven't received it, please wait 3 business days past the expected delivery date before reaching out. This allows time for carrier sorting delays.

  • Claims: Lamindy handles all carrier insurance claims directly, so you don’t have to deal with the shipping companies yourself.
