1. Shipping & Delivery Timeline

All orders require 1–2 business days of processing/packing time before dispatch.

United States: 5–9 business days. Free shipping will depend on the product; otherwise, a weight-based fee of $3.99–$9.99 applies.
Canada: 7–12 business days ($12.99–$24.99).
UK & EU: 10–15 business days ($16.99–$34.99). Duties are included upfront.
Australia & New Zealand: 14–21 business days ($21.99–$44.99).
Rest of the World (150+ Countries): 15–25 business days ($24.99–$64.99+).

Note: Carriers include USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Royal Mail.

2. Tracking Your Order

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Tracking provides real-time updates on location, expected delivery dates, and delivery exceptions.

3. Special Shipping Situations

Oversized/Bulky Items: May require a 5–7 business day processing lead time, individualized freight costs, and signature confirmation upon delivery.
Pre-Orders: Processed immediately, but you are only charged and notified when the item restocks and officially ships.
Multiple Items: Ship together in one package when possible; delivery timing defaults to the slowest item in the order.

4. Addressing Restrictions

PO Boxes: Only accessible via USPS. UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
Military (APO/FPO): Shipped via USPS with an estimated delivery of 10–15 business days.
Business/Concierge: Fully supported (signature may be required during standard business hours).

5. Returns & Claims

30-Day Policy: Lamindy offers a 30-day return policy with free returns for USA and Canada customers (exclusions apply to sale items and custom orders).
Damaged Goods: Must be reported to hello@lamindy.com within 48 hours with photographic proof.
